Listening to Kubernetes podcasts is a great way to supplement learning about the technology alongside reading about it and actually using it. Since being open-sourced in 2015, there have been a number of podcasts released specifically focused on Kubernetes.
Here are 6 Kubernetes podcasts that you can listen to today.
1. Kubernetes podcast from Google
The Kubernetes Podcast from Google is hosted by Craig Box and typically comes out weekly. It only makes sense that Google, the company that created Kubernetes, offers a podcast focused on the technology. Guests include DevOps engineers from companies such as Red Hat, Podman, Twitter, Airbnb, and more.
Episodes dating back to 2018 talk about how companies use Kubernetes, updates from the community, new products and applications, and much more.

2. The Kubelist podcast
Kubelist—which was created by Replicated, Shipyard, and snyk—offers two things: a Kubernetes newsletter and a Kubernetes podcast.
The Kubelist Podcast is hosted by Marc Campbell and Benjie De Groot and includes guests that are CNCF project leads and contributors from companies such as Google, Sysdig, and Spotify. Episodes mostly focus on CNCF project updates but also include more general Kubernetes discussions.
New episodes come out at somewhat irregular intervals but you can expect about one new episode per week.
The Kubelist Podcast is first released on Heavybit but can also be found on Apple, Spotify, Google Play, Soundcloud, and Overcast.
3. Kubernetes Bytes
The Kubernetes Bytes podcast, hosted by Ryan Wallner and Shavin Shah, talks about the latest news and updates in cloud-native data management.
New episodes come out every week or two, and guests include engineers from a variety of companies that use Kubernetes. Discussions include everything from the basics of using containers to specific use cases of Kubernetes, Kubernetes monitoring, and more.

4. PodCTL - Enterprise Kubernetes
Red Hat OpenShift created PodCTL—a podcast focused on containers, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.
Though PodCTL hasn’t had a new episode since May 2020, there are 88 episodes that are still mostly relevant today, including a variety of topics such as the basics of Kubernetes, OpenShift updates, listener questions, and more.

5. Kube Cuddle
The Kube Cuddle podcast is hosted by Rich Burroughs—a Senior Developer Advocate at Loft Labs. Rich interviews Kubernetes users and contributors from companies such as Google, Microsoft, and VMware. Episodes come out at irregular intervals, but there is usually around one per month.

6. Data on Kubernetes Community podcast
The Data on Kubernetes Community (DoKC), is an “openly governed group of curious and experienced practitioners” whose goal is to help with developing techniques for using Kubernetes with data.
The DoKC podcast is hosted by Bart Farrell and there are typically two to three new episodes per week. Topics typically include advanced K8s applications and strategies, and there are sometimes guests who contribute their experiences as well.
